Jennifer Kwiatkowski, Marketing Director, Lore International Institute I’ve been attending DNY’s lunch time yoga session for three years. When I joined I was a novice and I really didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I started with learning the basics—gradually improving over the years under Donna’s tutelage and I now attend the advanced class. I look forward to her sessions and depend on the class’ calming effects to get me through the week. I’m always amazed at how much better I feel after an hour of yoga! It’s a great way to escape from work and the stresses of life! |

Kelly Kelder, Realtor, Coldwell Banker, Durango, Colorado Donna Stewart is a phenomenal yoga instructor. I was a beginner when I first started taking Donna's yoga class. Since then I have grown substantially in my capabilities thanks to Donna's guidance and support. I am extremely excited to see what I will be capable of after another year of practice. Donna is an inspiration! |

Anne Maurer, Kogan Builders, Durango, Colorado I took two, back-to-back private six-week classes from Donna because my body felt the benefit right away. She focused on different muscle groups and poses each week, which helped to strengthen my whole body. By the end of the second class, I was feeling stronger and more centered in my body. Her class has helped me to develop better posture and the initiative to stretch and relax each week. |

Brian Schoff, 9-R School District, Durango, Colorado For close to ten years I had a debilitating pain in my lower back. It was quite painful to exercise and I would often turn down social outings because of the pain. Over that time I saw numerous doctors and specialists but nothing seemed to offer any real relief. A few years ago Donna helped me realize that the pain in my back was a mechanical problem. Somewhat ironically, I had tight hamstrings. Donna suggested that exercise and stretching could go a long way toward improving my back. She showed me specific stretches for hamstrings and using yoga as the vehicle for stretching and increasing muscle strength, my back began to heal. I now do a short ten minute yoga sequence every morning and I have been almost entirely pain free for two years. I am more active physically and socially and life is just more enjoyable than it used to be. Thank You!! |
